I ordered from thaiexpress.ca the staff were really professional. I had a quick question and they answered it without making it feel like a hassle (which I always appreciate). Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d definitely order again

The food was still hot when it arrived, which I definitely appreciated. That said, the communication around the delivery was kind of unclear and a little annoying, so I wasn’t really sure what was going on until it showed up.

The service was fast, and I didn’t have to wait around at all. Everything felt smooth from start to finish, which made the whole experience really easy.

I ordered the pad thai and fried rice, and both were really fresh with great flavour. I’ve had takeout from here before and it’s been good, so I was happy this order was just as solid. Nothing was overly salty either, which I appreciated. Definitely ordering again

The veggies were fine, they tasted fresh enough and had a nice crunch, so no real complaints there. But the chicken was kind of where it lost me a bit, it felt a little dry, and I kept thinking it just didn’t taste like the best quality. Not terrible or anything, just one of those meals where some parts are good and then you hit the chicken and go, hmm, okay

Everything showed up exactly how I ordered it. No issues at all, super easy and straightforward.

Not terrible at all, just not really anything that stood out to me. AND THEN suddenly I realized I was already done and leaving, so yeah, it was fine, just kind of average.

The food was okay, nothing amazing but not bad either. What bothered me more was the whole vibe of the place. They kind of make it sound like it’s a nice, relaxed spot to sit down and enjoy your meal, but that really wasn’t the case. The music was way too loud, the tables were sticky, and everything felt rushed like they just wanted you in and out. Disappointing when you’re expecting a comfortable place to eat.

I had a complaint and they got it sorted out really quickly, which I appreciated. That’s what you’d hope for from good customer service, right? Thanks again

Ordered from Thai Express last night and yeah, it was good. Like, the food actually tasted fresh, which I don’t always expect with takeout. The veggies still had that little crunch to them, the noodles were hot, and the chicken wasn’t dry or weird-tasting like it can be sometimes. Sauce was nice too, not overly heavy or anything. Delivery took a bit, but not enough to be annoying. I’d order again for sure when I’m craving quick Thai food that still tastes fresh.

I’ve ordered Thai food from a bunch of places before, and this was a good value overall. My food showed up hot, the portions were decent for the price, and everything tasted satisfying. It’s not the cheapest option I’ve ever had, but for a quick meal when I’m too tired to cook, I’d say it’s worth it.

I ordered from thaiexpress last night because I didn’t feel like cooking after getting home and realizing I still had laundry sitting in the dryer. I got the pad see ew, and the portion size was really solid. There was enough for dinner and I still had some left for lunch today, which I always appreciate. It wasn’t one of those tiny takeout boxes that looks full for two seconds and then somehow disappears. The food tasted good too, but the big thing for me was how much you get for the price. Felt worth it, and I’d definitely order again

I have a gluten issue, so I reached out before ordering and they got back to me quickly with clear options and which sauce to avoid. My food arrived hot, and they even marked my order, which made me feel a lot better. Nothing fancy, just really practical and stress-free when you’re trying to avoid gluten.

I really wanted to like this place, but the mess was kind of impossible to ignore. I was so frustrated I could’ve screamed. My food showed up late, and to make it worse, the app glitched on me twice while I was just trying to check what was going on. It turned a simple order into this whole dramatic ordeal. Not the smooth experience I was hoping for.

I’ve used this a few times now and so far it’s been solid. No leaking in my bag, and my food was still warm when I went to eat it. I’m always a little skeptical with stuff like this because if something goes wrong, I don’t really trust customer service to be much help, but thankfully I haven’t had to deal with that at all.
